Tunnock'sDark Chocolate Teacakes 175 g (Pack of 12)

I'd never found dark chocolate Tunnock's Tea Cakes in the shops and my daughter and I were desperate to try them. The package arrived in excellent condition and right on time. The taste wasn't much different from milk chocolate Tunnock's , but the bases were noticeably fresher and crunchier.

These were as expected and arrived in tacked, packed in the outer box.I would have liked a longer sell by date. Bought ad a Christmas gift for a Tunnocks fan but the whole multi pack box was use by dated Feb 18.This is the reason I give 2 star only.

These tea cakes were stale old stock. They were hard and almost impossible to eat the rock hard bottom cake. They should have been destroyed and never sold. The sell by date was May 2016 which was just 4 months away and goes to show how little we can trust these dates. I have destroyed them and learnt my lesson.

OMG. These are gorgeous. Big pack too, keeping me going for ages.
