*EDIT*Since writing my original review (below) I can honestly say I've never had such amazing customer service from a company, they have gone above and beyond to help me find a solution and would recommend this company 100 times over!My original review wasn't meant to be at all negative, just honest. The company have since fully refunded and sent a replacement product for me to try..........After suffering from restless legs and leg cramps for months i was willing to give anything a go so when these popped up they went straight in my basket.At the same time I started retaking my iron tablets and within a couple of days of taking both my legs became alot more bearable and comfortable so I'm not sure whether it was the combination of both or if they actually worked.I've since stopped using these as often (after a couple of weeks) but carried on with the iron and the pain hasn't returned.

I was prescribed Antorvastatin tablets by my doctor to control my Cholestrol which has a side effect of causing cramps in the legs and weakening of the muscles resulting in severe pain and difficulty walking. On the advice of my Pharmacist I stopped taking the tablets and control my Cholestrol another way and started taking Magnox anti leg cramps tablets. The result after one week is a easing of the pain and I was able to walk better, although not fully cured life is now a lot less stressful.

Since taking these no cramps of a night

They work. I get a good night's sleep.

For a long time I was suffering from nightly calf cramps, I was waken up from it several times at night. This was affecting the quality of my sleep. I did try different magnesium supplements, however they were causing the GI upset. What I like about this product that it was specifically designed to relieve leg cramps. And it WORKS! No more waking up in the middle of the night. It is so effective that I only take 1 capsule in the evening twice a week.

It does lower the intensity a lot. Nut it doesn't prevent them. I'm taking 1 caplet at night. I'm going to try 2 caplets.

These worked great for me. Fast, consistent, long lasting relief. Only one capsule needed per night. My former go-to circulation & vein support for healthy legs capsules required two and sometimes more because I’d awaken at night with extreme muscle cramps. They were good but these are really amazing!

I get leg cramps all the time. I stand up when I work and the medicine I take can cause leg cramps. They are not working for me.
