I’m sure they work. And they don’t look bulky and have a cute design. Unfortunately I ordered the “wrong” size. Oops! I donated them to an Assisted Living facility.

For a size large, the seemed to fit like a medium.Great for leakage protection, and doesnt make your butt look too awkward, depending on the pants own fitting.They do ride up after a while, which is like normal undies, but tis a bit hard to un-wiggle out.Absorbancy is pretty good, doesnt make you feel like youre in an actual diaper.Overall, im happy with the experience i have with them. It COULD be worse

Good product, work as advertised, I like them.

My 18 year old daughter is severely autistic, and we have tried just about every type of bladder control underwear there is for her needs. I can say these are one of the best products we've tried! We weren't sure at first, as the underwear looks smaller than most such products. It looks more like regular underwear, which is nice, but we wouldn't want to sacrifice absorbency for design. And we didn't! These just as well as or better than other types we've tried for absorbing. In addition, they seemed very comfortable, which is so important when being worn by a person who doesn't always communicate well how they feel. I would say they run a little large, which was good for us---we got larges and my daughter is usually between a large and XL. Truly a quality product. We will be looking for the Tena brand again.

Due to post op complications, I have been forced to wear underwear protection. I find these bulky. If they were a tad thinner, they would be perfect.
