Excellent product!
This is a well thought out nicely made product. The options for dispensing quantity are great, it’s attractive, VERY easy to fill, keeps a charge for a really long time and re-charges fully within an hour or 2. I’m so happy with this soap dispenser!! I buy the foaming soap for it (instead of making my own) and it’s fabulous! It’s been great for getting the right amount of soap on a little boys hands 😁 I definitely recommend it and plan to purchase another one for my kitchen sink.

Love It!
We have 3 of these and they’re great! One of them stopped working but was covered by their generous 12 month warranty and replaced. One unexpected thing we have found is that you shouldn’t mix soap from different brands. In other words, either use the same brand when you refill or make sure you rinse out the container and flush the dispenser because otherwise you may see a chemical reaction between the two different soaps that causes a buildup of scale on the container and inside the pump tube.

Works well, looks nice and good customer service
I wrote a review for an older version of this device and the company reaxhed out to me (unexpectedly) and determined it was defective and sent me a new one. Their customer service is top notch and they clearly stand behind their products. I believe you can buy their foaming dispensers with confidence. This model (regardless of color) is quite nice. It dispenses to different amounts, depending on where you hand is. The dispenser itself has some heft and looks nice. I have both a white and brown one and both are the same quality.I’m not an expert on all the dispensers out there, but I’d highly recommend this dispenser and Laopao.

I wish the amount dispensed was selectable
We haven't had lasting results with manual pump foamy dispensers in our home. The pump handle may get stuck in the down position or get harder to press. They fail and need maintenance or replacement too often. I've gotten better results with powered foamy dispensers. But with this dispenser, I'm not getting consistent results with the distance suggested to get more or less soap with each hand sense activation. Light and shadows seem to impact amount dispensed as well as causing false activation.I set up two of these near the kitchen sink. My wife wanted a matching one for the dish washing detergent so I purchased the second one to match i this one. The second one suffers from occasional false activation. It must be where it sits in relation to the incoming sun and shadows. It dispenses falsely when someone enters the kitchen or not even present. The activation sound or telltale soap track is evidence of that. Both of these dispensers failed with the red flashing LED within the first day of use for us. Wiping the sensor with a micro fiber cloth and sharing the finding with the rest of the family has minimized this. I initially found these turned off due to failure or solution empty. As a family, we're improving to resolve these issues as they occur rather than leaving for me to discover and resolve.I'm not sure what's up with the second one but I'm gonna try swapping the positions to see if the false activation tracks the same foamy dispenser or the location. It also seems the light is effecting the consistency of the amount dispensed. When there's little light in the kitchen, the hand soap dispenser is more likely to dispense the larger amount despite approaching the sensor from high to just below the dispensing port. Less likely to do this when there's more light. That's good reason to wish there was a way to limit the hand wash amount dispensed to the minimum. And thinking about using this to dispense dish washing detergent, there's even less consistency to get the larger amount for washing dishes unless I'm dispensing in my hand first. Preset options would be ideal for me.I'm still experimenting with the mixture for Dawn detergent to be diluted for foamy dispensing. I've tried 2 teaspoons of detergent mixed with 1 teaspoon of rubbing alcohol and the remainder being distilled water. But I'm thinking it's supposed to be closer to tablespoons rather than teaspoons. One good thing of using diluted soap is that it rinses easier and saves soap and water in the process.I'm hoping this makes a case for preselecting the amount dispensed rather than relying on where the hand is placed. I'd set the hand wash for minimum amount. And the larger amount for the dish washing one. I think preset options would be an improvement. But I do like the cordless capability the rechargeable battery offers. It won't require charging that often. The reservoir could be expanded too. Being in the kitchen, the reservoir empties quickly. But I like this enough that I purchased the second dispenser. The problems weren't so obvious until the second one arrived but despite the dislike for the consistency, I like it enough to rate it four stars, overall. I'd hope for an improved version to come as a result of reviews.

Very satisfied with purchase but one warnin
I only received this yesterday but could not be more pleased with the appearance and functionality of the product. The port to charge it was difficult to open and difficult to close back up, but that is no deal breaker. Since I’ve never had a foaming soap dispenser, I’d not realized that the soap has to be quite a bit diluted to accurately foam when dispensing and also to not clog the mechanism. I did dilute the soap and it works beautifully, but I had some fairly expensive, nicely scented soap and diluting the soap really cut back on the fragrance. I’d recommend a less costly product to use in the dispenser since the dilution really limits the scent. I could not be more pleased with the product overall regardless of this.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!
Bought it December 4th. It is now March 1st, thing won't work anymore. Battery is a piece of crap. Waste of a cool $30 right here for this poor quality not built to last dispenser. One of the worst purchases I've ever made over Amazon. This company is a scam and is out to rip us off. Look how many folks in the comments complained about this dispenser not working after a few months. It's the truth. Steer clear from this at all costs

Washing without sharing germs
I never knew how much I needed this. No one wants to touch a soap dispenser that someone else did before they washed their hands. This particular one uses any type of foaming soap you choose and the amount you choose. It’s easy to charge and I’ve had no problem with clogging. I purchased white, black and silver to match different wash areas in my house. I love the modern look, the quality and being able to use the soap I want to use.

Works as described.
I recently purchased this soap dispenser. I found that it was easy to set up and use. I was also happy to find that it has a rechargeable battery, which means that I don't have to worry about buying batteries.

Exactly as expected.
The media could not be loaded. I am quite happy with the dispenser and would certainly recommend it.- I had another brand that was supposed to match my taps, but did not. This pure white option is far more visually pleasing.- It has a sleek simple appearance that reads as modern and it does not feel cheap. Some units have seams where they screw open that are unattractive.- Several reviews had mentioned the sensor being overly sensitive. I have not had that experience, so perhaps a few were faulty.- I don't know that this needs two different quantity levels for dispensing, but the function works as expected.- I like that the unit has an on/off switch to help extend the charge. I travel a fair amount and find the feature handy.- I like the charger over needing batteries. I can't yet speak to how long the unit holds a charge, as I have only had it for a few weeks. I may return and update this in time.Don't over think it. Give this a try -- I think you'll like it.
