Unique Gift for Musicians - The Orchestra Pit Wooden Brain Teaser - Handmade 13 Piece Wood Puzzle - Made in The USA

I purchased the puzzle because it was unique and perfect for a gift for a musician. Although the picture showed the "solution", I wasn't clear that was how it was actually packaged and shipped. After receiving it I asked the seller if the puzzle wasn't already solved the way it is packaged. Her very prompt reply was that "Yes, we ship it solved. The trick is to actually get them back in. If requested, we can scramble the pieces prior to shipping." I wish that had been stated in the puzzle description as I would have much preferred receiving them scrambled (and having a picture of the solution hidden in the box) and being given the challenge of putting them in correctly prior to seeing the solution. The quality is great, but it now seems like a great deal of money for puzzle that is already done.

This clever puzzle is a good choice for those who have a musician in their midst. The one I have makes a nice accent piece in my music room. The box that the puzzle resides in, is well made and sturdy. I keep a photo of the finished puzzle on my phone because I don't know if I could solve it on my own. I wish the company would make one with acoustic stringed instruments.

I am always the person who has to figure out what gift to give the community theater's orchestra pit director (because I play in the pit). And it is usually a challenge. This year--it was a piece of cake, after I found this super cool puzzle. The wood is absolutely beautiful! I was able to paint the Broadway show title (this year was Wizard of Oz) on the back of the puzzle box and have the orchestra pit members sign it. The orchestra director was speechless and even got a little teary-eyed! Best gift ever!!

I love love love this wood puzzle. It has been so well cut~delicate work! And it’s worth of hours of playing. All my friends and families adore this puzzle and I definitely will buy another one~

Such a beautiful puzzle. Deserves to be sitting out in the music room all the time. Just take the pieces out and try to fit them back in. Not too delicate but also not bulky and clunky. A classy gift for the musician puzzler.

This puzzle was a gift for my grandaughter at Christmas.She is 14years old and in the band at her school. She loved it.
