TEL UK Venice Phone Caller ID Telephone - Black

I use this phone as the landline. I did not realize it did not have leave a message function with it.

I had difficulty finding a telephone that had a display that did not require an electric socket and a phone socket. I do not have an electric socket near my phone socket and as this phone only needs a phone socket I decided to purchase it. It works well, the display is clear, the only down side is the slight clicking sound coming from the phone. You can not hear this noise while on taking a call as the sound does not come from the receiver.

Picked this up as wanted a landline with caller id. Its no frills and feels cheap however works fine and sound is ok and powers via the telephone line which saves a plug socket being used. . Only issue was it didnt have any instructions so took us a while to work out how to change the time.

The instructions are badly translated so found it difficult to access full memory functionality and redial etcetera. It also has a bit of a clicking sound when not in use. However is good value as it does function perfectly well otherwise, and has a good caller display considering it operates entirely without batteries or mains electric connection

I was disappointed in this phone . very few instructions. The three adults who tried to set it up could not. Each time we put the date in 2018 it returned to 2009. we certainly put some effort in to work it , and had to give up in the end. We checked the phone to make sure we had not missed anything. Pity as it was just what I wanted.

This was not an expensive phone, but the quality is exceptionally poor, the whole thing feels cheap and lightweight I bought 2 of the phones one has an annoying fault of generating a clicking noisy that emanates from the phone periodically.you can't wall mount them as the little lip that is supposed to hold the handset onto the phone is adjustable but has no way of being locked into position so the handset just drops off the phone.Having gone through the the performance of setting the date and time, the phone seems to loose these setting despite not being un pluggedAll in All - Best avoided!

Earpiece a little quiet

Currently making an almost constant clicking noise even though there have been no calls. The "down" button does not cancel the clicking. I'm going to get rid of this phone and pay a bit more to get one that doesn't click continuously for no reason. Worst phone I've ever had. It's cheap for a reason.
