I love this waist trainer. It took me a little to figure out the sizing. Don’t order your regular size, I recommend going down a size. The whole point is for the trainer to be tight. I first got XL which was too big then returned for a L. Wore that for a little by starting on the 3rd hook. Once I could get to the 1st hook comfortably, I ordered a medium. So yes it does work and highly recommend :)I will say sometimes the bones hurt but I’m not sure if that’s just me. That’s why I gave it a 4

It’s a really good trainer it may rip after a while but you can just sew it up and it works fine have had it for a year or two alr

Okay this has no stretch which I love because it’s the point of these !I actually had to get my husband to help me the very first time and after that it took me alone a good 15 minutes the first coupleOf times to put on after that easy peasy!Makes my tummy go flat and all my clothesLook great.I don’t use it when going out to dinner or etc; it won’t let u eat comfortably, then again I have HPPALORY so that’s why also but if u suffer from tummy issues take it easy.I went down lanes real quick , I now need to order my large as I started with xlarge so this thing works and I love it .It’s long enough to reach all the way to the bottom .I do get a bit of fat in the top back part and I don’t like it but after a week it went down and away so clap to that!If your looking for a tight long torso this is it :I am :5”0/1180 lbsPetiteAnd my shoulders are wide .

I wanted to love this. It has great support and in the beginning it was enhancing my hourglass shape but the plastic spines are starting to bend and it pokes my side making it very uncomfortable to keep on more than 30 minutes. I’ve noticed that it also leaves a mark. I have a short toro so so it digs into my upper glutes and gives me a weird shape by my hips. One of the hooks is starting to loosen which can hook unevenly if I don’t pay attention. The bottom is starting to roll up which causes discomfort because the prong digs into my skin. I got a size M and have worn less than 20 times.

It is lovely and really tucks you the all length of your abdomen. I do not wear it tight, just enough to keep me relatively flat. I can eat, run, exercise and I wear it all day long.Depending on your shape, I would say go one size higher than you would normally do but you have 3 sets of hooks that let you choose if you want it tighter or comfortable. Actually, it is quite good if you are on a weight management program or if you fluctuate with your shape because of water retention.Aha, my only complaint: it takes ages to do up. Believe me, add at least 15 minutes to your daily routine. I usually start by the bottom, I have found it easier , but whichever way you start doing it up , make sure you lie flat, otherwise (if you have a bulging tum like me) as soon as you do a few hooks, they undo themselves. It is actually maddening and lying flat is the only way (at least for me) you can do them up quickly.I took a star off because of it.I have bought two others in different patterns and sizes (one black and one animal print) to give as presents. I love the flower pattern on my belt. Camellia made was recommended to me by a friend who uses their corsets and she said there are some cheaper look alike but they are not as long and wide. I am glad I followed her advice, as the belt really does not ride up.Many people have commented on how well I have done with my exercise program as they can see my smaller waist (I just smile and say Thank you... no way I will own up to cheating..)

very small fitting. I am a size 14 and I couldn't even get anywhere close to closing it - I have return and exchanged for 2 sizes bigger - fingers crossed! but the quality and style is lovely and well made...

This waist trainer is the best waist trainer I got in my life. It fits little small but that’s what I wanted. It’s giving me such a nice smooth figure. You won’t see any curves eventually. It’s so comfy as well I can wear it 10 hrs straight at work.

I purchased this corset (let's just call it what it is) as a replacement for my older, much more expensive one that no longer fit. I would have bought that brand again, but the change in exchange rate made it a ridiculous price. At this price point, I didn't really expect the quality to be as good as it is, but I have been very happy with it. I am already down to the smallest loops, although that does feel like my organs are being crushed after about 4 hours, but my waist looks amazing! I will be ordering another in a size down soon.

The item did not work for my shapeI ordered 2 sizes larger ( than my normal size) it fit around the the lower stomach area. The problem was because I’m hour glass the corset was 2 size 2 large even with the smallest setting by top of rib cage and and under the breast. It was a bit longer than expected for my torso. Had to return it!The material and construction was solid as described.
