This has been a life saver for me. I am I. The early stages of pregnancy Nd my iron count is extremely low (3). Hospital didn't want to risk giving be a blood transfusions/ iron infusion as I am in my first trimester so I felt like I have been left to die lol. I had minimal energy, could hardly move, headaches and nausea. But a friend recommended this for me and was happy to give it a try. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and wow the improvement!! It's not instant but day by day I feel like my energy is improving. I'm not 100% but definitely improving. This product has nursed me back to life ( I take 2 sachets first thing in the morning before eating with orange juice I can't taste anything) sets me up for the day.Also the price is very good- cheapest I could find.I intend to continue using this throughout my pregnancy as it really works

Why aren't the NHS using this? It's great, better than normal supplements for helping with increasing iron levels. It is easy to take, just mix with a little orange juice and one gulp, it's gone. It's not that offensive tasting to have on it's own but it recommends you take it with vitamin C to increase absorption. Plus there are none of the horrid side effects you get from the usual iron supplement tablets. If you need to take iron, definitely use these.

Don't let a doctor tell you that this isn't as good as their tablets. I manage my iron levels with them and get just as good a result while not upsetting my system.They really are good, but you may have to take a bit more if you have a low iron level.Even then it is much less iron, and hence toxicity than the usual tablets, ferrous fumarate.

To replace iron and treat anaemia. Much easier on the stomach and it works!

Spatone has to be a better source of iron that what the NHS supply as my recent blood tests clearly did not detect I needed iron so clearly Spatone has got my iron levels to normal.
