These work. Tablet supplements gave me nightmares. These are far more gentle and also more effective as the iron is easier for your body to absorb. I feel better for them. The taste of the water is bitter but easily disguised by the fruit juice recommended to take it in. It’s important to mix the water with something containing vitamin C for the absorption of the iron.

Would be all 5's except its iron and it tastes like metal... must be had in a fruit juice or squash to not taste the metal as much but overall excellent product, boosts iron levels within days. Excellent during pregnancy for low iron levels and can be given to kids also! Fab product that came with fast delivery and good value for money!

Add to OJ or ribena ideally as they contain vit c, but any drink (not hot) will do. Soft on my tummy and easy storage packing etc.Fast excellent delivery, good price. Thanks muchly

I’ve been buying this liquid iron for around 2 years and don’t know what I’d do without it. Does the job but, because the iron is not in tablet/capsule form, there is ZERO STOMACH IRRITATION. It’s expensive but well worth the money.
