I personally didn't like a "fishy" smell. Couldn't finish it.

The taste is good for a green drink. Be realistic with yourself, it's not fruit punch, but as far as green drinks, I think it's alright. It's earthy, so if you hate vegetables you might do better with the pill$.This stuff has helped me enormously. When I take this regularly I have complete control over my eating. It makes it very easy to say no to extra portions and I dont get crazy intense cravings for junk food. 👹I have lost 25 pounds since starting a weight loss program which involves a lot of walking and A LOT of controlling what I put in my pie hole (which is made possible by this green drink.)The downside is that this is expensive. I stopped taking it for about 3 weeks, thinking it wasn't worth the price. Well, after one week my appetite was harder to control and by the 3rd week I was just eating whatever I wanted because I was hungry ALL THE TIME.I've been back on this drink for 2 weeks now, and low and behold, I'm the captain again.One problem I developed was thinking, "if a little is good, more is great". Well, it started to feel like I was drinking a swamp when I make it too strong, and that's when it really got too expensive. This time around I have been sticking with the dose directions, but I do add an additional serving some days.I think what it does for me, is give me some level of nutrition (?) that my body is missing, thereby allowing me to keep Mr. Hyde 👹 locked away. If your appetite is driven by something else (emotional, not nutritional), this might not help you. I dont know, I'm not a doctor. I'm just guessing my way through life.I must reiterate; this is a very helpful tool, but it's not a magical weightloss potion. I still dont get to eat bags of chips, cupcakes and cheeseburgers whenever I want. This just helps me to not need to do that.Other helpful weight-loss tools I've been using: better walking shoes (asics), good shoe inserts (spenco total support), drinking enough water, massage gadgets (to help me recover when I walked too far/fast) and writing down what I eat and sticking to the approximate amount of calories my body needs each day (made possible with this green stuff). For the first time in my life, I'm on a "lifestyle change" plan, not a "the event is in 2 months" diet.Best of health to you.

I have used this for years. Just got a fresh batch from Amazon. I see the label is new and the top label states, "New! Light clean taste" Well I think it's rather nasty and have no idea why they claim it to be light and clean. I am curious what is changed. It is way more green tasting in my opinion, as well as gritty in comparison to the previous product. So Wakunaga, What is up with the changes to KyoGreen?

I have loved this for 2 years, however they recently changed it. My last order was not the same. First, the canister was only half full. I got curious so I weighed it. It is not even 10 oz WITH the canister! I weighed the empty canister I just finished and it turns out they are shorting me almost 2 full oz. It tastes different, and not in a good way, has a strange after-taste now, and mixes different too. On the hunt for a new greens drink I guess.

I've been buying this product for years. Now, it's darker, more grainy and has a hint of sweetness and it requires shaking before use. A serving used to be 1 tsp, now it's 2 to 2 1/2 tsp. What gives? This stuff is expensive and I use it alot, but now I'm not sure I trust it not to have ingredients I don't want. Again, what gives?

I got this recommended brand as part of a liver detox. I find I like bullet blending it in water to mix easier, tolerable, fresh green taste, was nice to drink during my detox, and I have kept up with it after also. This greens blend contains similar ingredients of a brand recommended by a health savvy friend recently so was pleased I can just keep using this I have on hand! Would recommend.
