They're great. I exercise daily but somewhere along the line my pert bum has turned into a bit of a scrawny affair and I refuse to do heavy squats twice a week just to look a bit better! These things are very comfortable, you certainly forget you are wearing them and they do the job well. I now have that stripper's arse look! Yes I do :P Really though, they do what they are meant to do well, without being over the top.
