Although, like others have mentioned, I also did have 1 piece that had the holes offset, but it didn’t prevent me from being able to still use the part.Other than that, it was not difficult to install. This thing is really nice and awesome and worth getting for sure. It’s sturdy and the weather that came thru right after I built it definitely tested it and it withstood it very well unlike my prior canopy that broke after having it for just one and a half months.

It arrived on time and the box was not damaged. All parts and instructions we clear. It took me about a day to put together and needed help with putting beams together but for the most part I was able to do it myself. I love the option to keep top closed and rain doesn’t penetrate it too bad.

The dimensions are not matching with it is on the description, contacted the supplier and don’t want me to refund the money even when it is before 4 weeks of purchase. Also few missing pieces not allowing me to assembly the pergola, don’t waste your money on this product.

The media could not be loaded.  The Pergola brings out the deck by making it. Rey cozy and private. The only downside which is not a huge issue is that there is only bar to open and close the top. There should be two so one does not have to keep switching back and forth to open and close.

Was so excited to buy and build this for my son and his wife. Unfortunately, the shipment we received was missing parts. The instructions in the box stated I would need a part that was not in the box. I then got "updated" instructions that, but the following those steps, the parts were still missing. I was not able to get the right parts, so back to the drawing board. It's a shame because it looks like a quality piece, but if you cant assemble it, well.... Giving more than a 1 star because it does have potential, if they work out the missing parts issue. Last photo shows "replacement parts" that dont fit either :/

We got quotes of $20k to cover our back deck so we looked for a cheaper option. Delivery was great. Came in 4 boxes making it easier to move around. Install was super easy and only took my husband and I a few hours. This is exactly what we needed! During big storms we have opened up the top due to high winds but regular rain showers we leave it shut and no rain has leaked through! We used the black glue that comes with it and also went over those areas with clear caulking.

First thing worth noting- this company has a Youtube video of "step-by-step" assembly. I found this video incredibly helpful. Great product, super clear instructions. It's very sturdy!
