Badlands Superday Pack

This is literally the best backpack I have ever owned. It is comfortable and made with high quality materials. The pack has a lifetime warranty so you will never be worried about pushing it's limits. It will hold just about everything you need. It has two holsters for handguns as well as all the pockets you'll ever need. It can hold a rifle or bow with the adjustable straps and stock holder. It does not come with a water bladder but you can fit just about any size bladder in the pouch. I can fit everything I need for a weekend trip in this pack. If you're serious about hunting, school, backpacks, or who you are as a person, buy this backpack. It will never steer you wrong and it will be the last backpack you ever buy. Not to mention you feel like a badass carrying this pack around. It just makes you feel like your inner man has turned into backpack form and grabbed onto your back. Seriously though, don't buy a cheap backpack that will break in 4-5 years. Get this pack and satisfy your inner man.

I bought this bag for hunting and used it this season. It holds everything i need and then some. I do a bit of stand hunting and it is a little hard to access certain pockets while in a stand but it is all about how you organize things in the bag. Love the way it rides on my back and the quality seems second to none. The only thing inwish was that it had a stronger top handle. Some of the badlands packs have a actual cable coated with plastic, seems much stronger. This particular pack has a top handle that seems a bit thin. For the size of the pack i am betting i will break it evetually. Thats ok though because this baby has a lifetime warranty!

I just recv'd my Badlands Super Daypack today and am so pleased with all aspects of the pack I just had to write this review. I know that sounds hokey but being somewhat of a perfectionist it takes a lot to impress me. I especially appreciate good design in a product. A design that 'says' of the designer "I'm designing this from experience and plan on using it myself." The pack is extremely comfortable and well-constructed. It has so many features...a handgun 'holster' on each side, a drop-down carrier for a rifle or in my case fly rods, a carrier for a bow, a water bladder set-up that really impressed me (I used a bladder I already had from a Dwight Schuh Fieldline Pack/board) and it fit perfectly, a large number of tie-down straps, excellent shoulder suspension and hip belt, backside ventilation, straps for sleeping bag or tarp on the bottom, etc. This daypack is AWESOME so if you're looking to buy just stop right here and buy this one. You can't go wrong!!

I got this pack because of the multiple pockets. The pockets turned out to great--better than most of the others i looked at. The size is great and the material seems durable and quiet. the shortcomings are 1) the strap that connects the arm straps at the chest broke immediately 2) if the bag is packed full, the straps that tie down the rifle on the sling do not work well (in particular, the top strap) 3) there is no handle on the top.

I already have a small day pack so I wanted something bigger I could easily stuff a jacket or more into. This will do that just fine. The material is actually quite soft to the touch (that's good btw) and the attention to quality of detail is outstanding. From the zippers to the seams, I'm pretty sure this backpack will hold up more or less forever. I can myself even passing it down. I also like the options for strapping your rifle to the pack - didn't have this on my other pack and I gotta say it makes long hikes SOOOO much more pleasant. The only problem I have is the placement of some of the add-on loops and such. There are lots of places to hook other gear or pouches to this pack, put the loops they provide all seem to be in the wrong place, at least when compared to every other pack I'm used to. So my radio hooks to the shoulder strap but smashes me in the mouth. Why didn't they put those loops lower on the strap like at chest level? Dunno. But it's all just little stuff. As far as durability, feel and convenience to everything else (it does have a zillion pockets) it's one of the best packs I've ever owned and worth the money.

Good size pack! Defiantly enough room for a all day hunt. Only wish that the belt pockets were more easily accessible from front. I can't seem to reach them, because they are located to far back on the belt. I'll be using this pack for spot and stalk hog hunts during the off season, and whitetail during the fall.

The most comfortable quality pack I've owned.. love the convieniant pockets strategically placed throughout the pack. The only flaw being I wished the two large pockets had a divider of some sort. If you shove alot of clothes in one it bulges into the other. Great whitetail day pack

I became tired of cheaper packs that either fell apart or simply lacked for comfort. The Badlands solves all those problems, and throws on a lifetime warranty to boot. This has plenty of room for those items you need to pack out for a trip into the field for hunting. Easily the most comfortable pack I have ever carried!
