A very flexible lamp which can be positioned in many ways, a classic lamp which is very versatile

The lamp is very good and has multiple elbows/hinges so angles are amazing for studying.I gave the brightness portion of this review a 1, due to the lamp not coming with a bulb andthe bulb I purchased is a dimming bulb and a separate product (very bright BTW).I was a little worried that the clamp for fitting the lamp to my desk might have been too smallbut it is a very good size and can easily fit a larger/thicker desk top.

Nothing too special. The arms are quite long, so good for my needs. The bulb housing is tiny, though. Too small to cover my gigantic 250W equivalent LED bulbs, so I need to keep the lamp pointed away from me so I don't blind myself with that bulb.Also the bulb socket inside feels very flimsy, and the lamp came with a small dent on it. If it hadn't had these two issues, I would've given it 5 stars.If you are looking to buy a desk lamp, don't bother looking further. They're all the same. Seriously.

I bought this lamp as a gift for my friend. She is jigsaw enthusiast and often will do very large jigsaws. This lamp has been used daily since I gifted it. Its a good size and easily clipped to a shelf, unit, door etc. Good brightness and easy to angle. The proce is a winner too!

I use the light for close embroidery, which I find difficult to see she to developing cateracts. The light sheds a mesothelioma of light across the work, leaves no shadows, and allows me to see detail easily. It's just great!

Pricey but worth it.

Arrived quickly.From the instructions it has to be a far eastern product.When I saw the box I thought it was too small for what I wanted. the package (Box) is 41+cm long so the lamp has a 80cm reach, I was hoping for more. Opening the box there are 3 items, the arm mechanism, the clamp wrapped separately as is the reflector. Which just attaches with an 8th turn on to the bulb holder. The description on Amazon states takes a 100w bulb, the box says 60w! I am using LED equivalent 60w bulbs at the moment, but will try it with LED equivelant 100w bulbs soon.The reflector is approx 15cm across and made of metal,as are the arms. I can then attach small magnets so I can have some needles to hand. I am using 2 of these lamp to light the leather I am stitching.The power lead is not more than 1m in length and has an on off switch incorporated, so I think I will have to extend the lead, but should be ok on a desk, provided you have a socket very close.The lamp also comes with a clamp, made of plastic/polycarbonate, which the lamp arm pushes into. I have one attached to the edge of a kitchen worktop counter and at the moment they are staying in place the other is clamped to a shelf. The clamp can be positioned on 2 different planes, horizontal or vertical and has holes in the clamp so the lamp will always be vertical, a nice touch.For the price not a bad lamp, it does what it is suppose to do, put light where you want it on a desk.I will try to update when I have purchased a couple of LED 13w (100w) bulbs.UPDATE: The reflectors are 6 1/2" diameter.I inserted LED 13w (100w) bulb, they were on for about 90mins and th selector didn't get hot

Instructions clearly say 40w max bulb not the 100 w in the descriptionCheap / low Quality overall, although cheap lamp so get what you pay for
