I'm 5'8 165lbs and the medium fits me good. But the jacket sleeves runs a little small. If you like tight clothing get a medium. But for your frame I suggest a large. Keep in mind the cut on this track suit in kinda straight not contoured tailoring.

It runs on the smaller size. I am a woman (5' 10" and 140 lbs) and size Large fit me well.
