Perfect for the spouse that forgets the fan
Very happy with how well this worked right out of the box. Wiring was straightforward enough and end result well worth the price tag. Only critique is programming is not as simple as I’d like. I think I would prefer dip switches on the back of the unit for set up rather then using the front buttons and blinking lights. Only real issue I have had is occasionally it will switch off only to immediately switch back on. Overall this is a real help to keeping humidity out of my house.

Game changer!
Was skeptical how well this would work, but it's been working flawlessly in our master and kids' bathrooms. Bought a third one for the water closet of our small master bathroom and automatically turns on simultaneously with the main shower vent since the wife takes long, steamy showers! It's a must have!

You want this for the bathroom
This is perfect for the bathroom! I like having the sensor and a switch. I didn’t know if the sensor would work without some sort of programming but it does. I adjusted the humidity level via programming and that was it. You don’t have to set it to humidity sensing vs timer mode. Humidity is automatic and timer mode is at the push of the button. Love it!

Uses very little power; works well
I’ve had one of these for several months and it works well. I did use the included instructions to change the setting to that it turns on the fan at 65% humidity instead of the default 50%, which works better for my house.I bought another one and hooked it up to my bench multimeter. Powered with 120VAC, it uses only 380 microamps of current during its entire life sitting on your wall, monitoring your humidity. This means it uses only 0.4 kilowatt-hours per year, a shockingly cheap amount of energy. Good job Leviton.

Detects Humidity Like Advertised
Due to new building codes needed to install these during bathroom remodel. It's great that these will automatically turn off the fan if someone forgets toif humidity level is lower than programmed.

Programming fun
Easy enough to install. Programming is a little more challenging as it relies on interpreting flashing lights for multiple levels of each different functions. Have to go through a series to change one setting. Would have preferred the small dials of the previous model for simplicity and figuring out what it is set at.

Actually works like it should.
I installed this in a small bathroom to automate the fan so it comes on anytime the shower is used. It works way better than the older version of this switch I have in my other bathroom.

So practical!
When you have kids, they never remember to turn the fan on. Thank goodness for the sensor that automatically turns it on and I'm glad I don't have to remember to go back to turn it off after as it has a timer.
