I have tried many knee braces. This one is by far the most comfortable. It has the opening for the kneecap (the way they are supposed to). Super easy and intuitive cross Velcro wrapping. It does not have any bars or hard vertical supports, if for some reason you needed that. This one has more flexibility on sizing than any other I have used. I used a large for a week, cause we had it, even though I am an XL. It was no biggie at all til the XL arrived. I probably shouldn’t have even spent the money on the XL. The XL fits me better, the large worked fine. My physical therapist liked this knee brace. I have a torn meniscus and a rotated tibia.

I purchased the knee brace and the upgraded knee sleeve, then wore both for around a month each to see which I preferred. The brace is incredibly supportive, provided great stability, and felt much more comfortable walking, climbing stairs, and other walking activities. Being able to adjust the placement and pressure with the straps was quite helpful and added to the benefits. The only downside was the straps crossing the back of the knee were very uncomfortable on bare skin. I started wearing an old, thin knee sleeve underneath to limit the irritation and that worked well. Then I tried the upgraded knee sleeve. The fit was very snug in a good way, and it stayed in place much better than any sleeve I’ve ever owned. Very rarely had to adjust it. However, the stabilizers on the side are what mostly held it in place. The rubbery strips were useless, and completely rubbed away and peeled off within the month. I was able to sleep in the sleeve, which more difficult with the brace due to bulk and comfort issues. Leg pain normally wakes me up at night, so that was a great benefit of the sleeve. The sleeve also allows for much better flexibility when active. Overall I give both a 4+ rating. Each one works really well as designed, and I would recommend either. If you have to narrow it down to one, the brace is far superior for stability, and the sleeve is way more comfortable and versatile.

This is the BEST knee brace I have ever worn! I wear a knee brace 24 hrs a day for full mobile support, and this gives me the support & comfort I need. The fit, complete knee support & comfort level is by far the best I have ever worn.👍

There is no way you can wear this without the Velcrow bitting into your skin and it hurtz! If you wear it over tights or leggings, it might be comfortable, but no way to wear it directly on skin contact. The velcrow scratches and is very uncomfortable.

For the last couple of year's I've been having occasional problems with one of knees. When it happens I can use Voltaren, along with ibuprofen and pain would go away! Well last week I had to renew my CPR and I've been having pain in my knee like never before & NOTHING WORKED!! I decide to order a hot/cold ice pack and knee brace. After reading what seemed like every knee brace review, I order another brace that I will be returning and this brace I WILL BE KEEPING!! When I put it on, it was like my knee said 'where have you been, I've been waiting for you'. Great product at a excellent price point.**NOTE** runs small so SIZE UP!!!

My knee was really hurting me. Could not walk some days. This brace is really helping me to get around much better and I can tell that my knee getting better.

This is a good knee brace that gives good support and isn't too expensive. Pro tip--it's easier to wear on the outside of your pant leg if you wear it with pants.

Now I've worn and tried a lot of different kinds but these by far are the absolute BEST!!!! They don't slip, they don't twist and they are super comfortable!!! I have to wear these daily for a knee injury and they are by far the absolute best I've found. They do over time have an issue with the male velcro part curling and you can't get the fuzziness out of it so they eventually hardly stick. But I have several now.

Gives good support. Will stay in place, but you won't be able to run with it. It's called a brace for a reason. It's only for walking, only when you need it. Don't keep it on all day.
