Prolific vegetable
A great vegetable to grow. Easy to germinate, quick to grow (plant height is about a foot) and prolific. It is like purple stemmed broccoli but quick to grow (60 days). Cut the flower stems and steam or fry in garlic butter- utterly delicious.
