We have writing this comment after use for 3 month .1.the watch I have brought from firebolt is allure smartwatch with calling and dialing features and stainless strap and price is 2799.2.After 2 month usage the allure watch is gone switch off we go to brand service center they say we sent to company they will check and tell if any problems from company side they will replace like that they say .3.After 3 weeks we get the watch ,here only the problems started we sent allure watch as problem here they sent to me as vigro watch saying that it has same features and it is nearly same to as allure watch u can use it like that they are compromising me.4.we immediately call to the customer care they say ,we would not able to make a complaint regarding any from customers side simply u can write to u email I'd and get ticket and track the status like that they and in customer care person there is possible to change the watch so no don't worry and he disconnects the call.5.After that we email to the fire bolt and we mention all details they simply reply that there is company policy is saying that once u replace the item u get near comparing the defect watch u get .no chance to get defect item product watch like that .6.i have brought watch for 2799 they are giving 2499 there is 300 rs loss to me and I have brought that watch for calling features and stainless steel strap they are now giving no calling features and normal strap even through we could not able to change stainless strap.7.first for all they are treating customers buy giving all features and price with high and once we get any problem in that and changing the productmeans then they are treating customers by only mailing formalities there us no proper response even from customer care side and however they can able to cheating the customers they are cheating.8.Here after I strongly advice to all new customers dont buy fireboltt brand with trust, if u don't trust means u can go with fireboltt brand .
