Multi-Functional Bench for Full All-in-One Body Workout – Hyper Back Extension Roman Chair Adjustable Ab Sit up Bench Decline Bench Flat Bench

I searched for a Roman chair on and off Amazon for a few months, read the reviews for all the others and finally settled on this one due to the adjustability of not only the pads, but the leg foam rollers and the angle of the incline. None of the others under $250 had all these. I originally ordered this to strengthen my lower back but am enjoying all the other exercises I can do with it. It’s a great addition to my Inspire Ft2 home gym and fits my needs perfectly. I’m 5’5” 120 lbs so for me it’s pretty sturdy except for the handles. Doing push-ups off the handles I could see why some of the other reviews mention they feel like they could bend them as they don’t feel that strong. Easy and quick to adjust at all points. My one major criticism is when doing a dumbbell reverse fly I feel the handles can get in the way. For a taller person this probably wouldn’t be an issue. Was shipped through US mail vs UPS so had to be picked up at the post office as we live in an area with cluster mailboxes. Husband put it together in about 30 minutes and there were no missing parts and no scratches.

I read many reviews before buying. General concensus was that it's the best Amazon is offering and good at it's pricepoint. I concur.Worst points mentioned by other reviewers were missing washers/hardware loose in a plastic bag, free-floating in the box, and scratched parts. Hardware was blisterpacked and all there. Packing was good; everything was individually bagged and fit neatly in the box. That box was in a 2nd larger box.1 part has some scratches in the finish and the main rail of the base has some distortion to the end plates. The distortion straightened out when I cranked it down. I used box wrenches and ratcheting sockets to put it together. There are inexpensive flat stamped wrenches provided with the hardware, but I can't imagine getting it put together safely with them. I'm not disturbed by the scratches on the one piece; now that it's together, I'll probably never notice again.The assembly was easy, but I'm handy. There are diagrams only; no directions. The diagrams were easy enough to follow. Start at the bottom and work your way up:)The adjustments work well. It was easy to adjust and they clicked into place. How they'd be over time I can't say. I'm the only person that will use this, so it's not going to move now that it's adjusted.It doesn't feel quite as solid as the professional quality one I'd used at my previous gym. I don't feel unsafe on it either and it cost a fraction of what that one would, if I could find one like it. I'm happy with this purchase.

This bench is simple designed which is exactly what I want. I couldn’t wait to try it out. So I set it up the same day when I received it. It didn’t take long to put them together. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. But I do need a bigger pictures of the instructions because my eyes are bad. It seems very durable and theI been used it for multiple workouts: for mmm abs, back, chest, glutes, hamstrings and core. It can perform hyperextension, side bend, sit-ups, reverse crunch and more. This adjustable weight bench is pretty good quality. Looks like it is scratch resistant, i don’t see any scratches so far.The training bench has 5 different foot adjustments, and 8 thigh support cushions adjustments, so it will fit both me and my husband or most people. I really like it.

I always have back pain, size my friend recommended to buy a fitness equipment and practice the strength of the lower waist when I have time. For me as a novice, this assembly is not very complicated and explanation is very clear. I also found difference methods of waist exercise on the Internet. Now I feel like I can do it for a long time. The machine is bigger than expected and quite durable. I love the material is also very satisfied.For a sedentary person, I really need one of these portable devices to exercise my body, the price is more affordable, I would recommend someone who needs to strength their lower back, this is definitely worth it.

The product arrived with the screws loosely lying about, with the packaging whipped open. It had obviously been returned but the manufacturer didn’t bother to repackage it or check that all the pieces were there before resending it out.The instructions listed screws that didn’t exist. We decided to try and assemble it the best we could and buy the remaining screws. Luckily, appropriate screws were there in the end…just not the size listed in the instructions. If I was assembling it myself, I would’ve given up and returned it. We only bothered to try to assemble it because there was no comparable product available on Amazon and we were desperate.Once assembled, it’s actually not a bad machine, for a foldable one, especially. Glad we have it, could not necessarily recommend to others because of the headache of putting together.

I have searched for a exercise bench for while. Many have tried but failed to meet my expectations, this one however, was the diamond in the rough. It, alone, stayed stable unlike it's predecessors, and didn't break while you were using it. It alone didn't take a hundred steps to assemble. It was perfect for the price and didn't take up a lot of space. Very good woul recommend to future Buyers.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He likes it very much! Very good quality. It is made of heavy steel which makes it very sturdy. The website has an installation tutorial and it is very clear. I just follow the video to assemble it and spent around 30 minutes (recommend using your own tools to assemble it). This bench is extremely versatile and allows many different types of exercises! Also, the padding is very comfortable:)

I really like this piece of equipment. It was very easy to assemble. I used a adjustable wrench, a 9/16” and 1/2” wrench to tighten the bolts. Once set up properly it is very sturdy. I chose this item because it was built a lot like the equipment I used at the gym before the pandemic. It’s not only stable but very adjustable. I am 6’ and my wife is 5’3” and we can set it up to suite us both. It also has an angular adjustment so you can set the level of difficulty you like. The two pads are thick enough to be comfortable on the hips when in use also. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable well built hyper extension bench.

For the price and for home this is great. It is a little small and because of that it is not very stable. The material used seems very good. For home use I think it’s great and saves you some room.

Very easy to setup using both included instructions and video provided on Amazon listing. Very sturdy and works perfectly .It was definetly worth the extra cash from the cheaper ones on here.
