I recently bought second time the Ralph Lauren Polo Cotton Socks (I want more)) and I gotta say, I'm really happy with them. Here's my take:These socks are super soft and fit just right. They fit perfect, and they are very comfortable. Not to mention they are very stylish, after all they have the famous polo horse on them. They are just what you would expect from Ralph Lauren.

They are a good thickness and feel comfortable. They look really simple and go well with anything. They last fairly long and are a pretty decent value.

If you are like me and for some reason cannot wear polyester socks because they irritate your foot, this is the best your going to do for a quarter sock. Cotton/Nylon I'm fine with, I'm pretty sure the 3% other fibers is polyester. Lands End makes a quarter sock with cotton but they too added cheap polyester. I kind of like these better as they are softer, The socks listed as 100% are full of you know what, What happened to go old cotton socks? Costs.Are they comfortable, pretty much. They are very soft. I can't attest to durability at this time, talk to me in a year. One of the questions was would I wear them to the gym, IDK, I still wear the Lands End and put these on after. Most importantly, to date, they don't irritate my feet like polyester socks. The polo logo makes them look classy.

The seam on the top of the sock, above the toes, is pulling apart after having been worn once or twice. This is happening with multiple pairs. I have a desk job, I'm not exactly stressing these socks. I still own my old pack of socks, exact same brand and design as these, and they've only recently started to wear out in the soles. Pretty sad drop in quality, especially when the asking price is $40 for 6 pairs.
