Decent cue for the price.
I've played pool for the better part of 30 years. I've used pool cues ranging from 59.00 to 1200.00, and everything in-between. Got this for my son to start learning. I played about 20 games with it and it's not bad. To start off it's straight, has a decent, solid hitting tip. It's a13mm tip. The shaft is smooth but it does not have a pro taper. The butt is linen wrapped and the design is a wrap not inlays. It looks very nice. Good design and color. Rubber stopper on the butt covering the weights. I got a 19 ounce and it weighs out at 19 ounces. Again, it plays nice, solid hit, the tip was already shaped when I received it, I had to scuff it a little bit to hold chalk. I get about medium draw and English with it. With all that said I am a little worried about the joint. As seen in one of the pics it is very short. Less than half the size of any other cue I've ever used. It does have a brass sleeve that's slides onto the shaft to help stabilize it but in my years of playing, this cue would probably break if you broke, masse, or tried to jump with it. It comes with a single cue case with a small pouch. So in my opinion this would be a great starter cue to learn how to play. Good, solid hits, smooth shaft, looks very nice. Comes with the case. The only unknown for me would be the joint.

Fancy, people think I'm a pro
People think I am way better than I am, and always ask me how much it is. I think for starters this is great being on the cheaper end.

Great Cue for the Price!
I feel confident to speak on quality vs. price. For my money, the cue plays relatively similarly from one to another once you start getting over 100-200. The quality and type of materials being inlayed becomes the difference in price. This is an overlay that looks cool without paying thousands for real inlays. For the price, this cue looks and feels decent. It hits like a cue that is less than 100, and to be honest, it feels better on the strike than some cues I have that were significantly more money with a carbon fiber shaft. If you don't mind the overlay (which is where the real money is saved) than this is maybe perfect. If it looked like that and used real inlays, it would cost thousands of dollars. This is a great entry point if that is what you are looking for especially since it comes with a case and joint protectors. It is also great as a house cue.

Nice cue.
Nice case. Zippers open well. The cue is really nicely made as far as the inlay of the design is concerned. It's not printed on there, it actually looks like there are pieces under resin. Is screws together well, is straight as an arrow and feels good to use. It's a good cue as any I've used before. That ranges from $20-400 cues. Not that I ever owned any of them, but I've used some from time to time.Overall recommended.

Better than your average house cue stick
I used to play pool more often and hope to get back into it. I have a nice Viking cue stick, but I don't like to break with it. The stick looks great and the tip is perfectly straight, so I'll give it a go as my break stick. The connector does have some wood-to-wood, which I believe does make for a better connection. The threaded part is shorter than normal, so I hope the joint holds up. If it starts loosening up after use, I'll come back and update this review.
