I now own 4 of these scissors. Somehow had misplaced 1 of them and immediately ordered 2 more. Why? They are simply that great of a scissors. I use one in the kitchen for prepping food and the other for general use. As small as they are they cut through just about anything. I use my kitchen one to cut a chicken in half as it is faster and cleaner than using a knife. I am always amazed at how quickly and easily it gets it done. I have now gifted several out to friends and family as once they see them in action they want one as well. Very durable-have been using one for almost 2. years and it is as sharp and strong as ever. These scissors stay strong and sharp for so long that the only time we order new ones is if we lose a pair.

I love these! They're great for clipping plants or flower stems (for bouquets) but they also work marvelously well on those horrible plastic clamshell packages that so many things are sold in. They're small but strong, and the shape of the blades is good for getting into tight places you're trying to cut into. They've gotten harder to find in stores so I was happy to see them here.

Really useful in the kitchen. Great for herbs / yet it can literally cut thru poultry bones - or hard pet snacks!

I hate scissors with the fire of a thousand suns. Ever since kindergarten, I've struggled to use them to cut clean, straight or both. That's over 50 years of frustration with thousands of scissors or every size and type. These are literally the first ones I've ever used that suffer from none of the flaws every other scissors has. They're super comfortable to hold, right or left-handed. They're sharp as a razor. They cut straight, smooth lines without the least effort. I bake 3-4 times a week, and I can use these to cut a sheet of parchment precisely into identical halves just by eyeballing it. It's almost as if the scissors know how to go in a perfectly straight line without my guidance. Amazing.I use them in my kitchen, but also throughout the house for all kinds of tasks. They're such a joy to use I often wish I had more uses for them. Buy them now, before the price goes up again.

Have had 2 scissors for over a year. Still razor sharp. Just bought 6 more for Christmas gifts this year. Can spatchcock a chicken in a heart beat. Not the chickens heart beat obviously. Lol

Best for crab and lobster, I have re purchased twice now. It's lasted me 2 years in a professional kitchen, breaking down boxes of crabs and lobsters. Highly recommended

Brilliant little scissors. Originally found a pair in tk maxx and just assumed they would be cheap little scissors. Comfortable and very sharp. I have lot of nice tools and recognise quality. These were more than twice what I paid Originally but that should tell you everything..Decent Japanese steel scissors
