I love this hooded rain jacket, it's so pretty and lightweight. I needed something cute for a Springtime cruise and this is it! It has a little pouch that you can fold it up and carry it in or tuck in your bag. I'm 5'4" and it hits right at my knees. Read reviews and the customers recommended a small as they run large and it was perfect. Normally would have ordered a medium. Material is just like a windbreaker, but no lining, and is exactly what I wanted. I am 5'2" and 125 lbs and it fits perfectly. Just the right length for me too. (The length is in their description) I have read they are not waterproof completely, but I just wanted it for when I travel with the dog in the summer, so wanted something light, that would be cool. And something longer, that the dog hair would just fall off of. Don't really need it for rain. Came with a little pouch that I will probably use for something else.

I thought this rain jacket was ok for the price until today. I walked the dog in the rain for 15 minutes and it did not block the rain. The clothes I had on were soaked. You can see the dark green vs the other green showing how wet it is INSIDE the jacket.
