Perfect for Pre Season on-ramp pitching program.
Bought this to work on arm care for my kid, he has about 10 weeks until spring season and this was a complete kit for a great price. The plyoballs come in a good assortment of sizes and are easy to grip by teens. Bands are very nice and velcro wrist wraps work nice and strong.

Does what I wanted
I like the balls. The smaller ones are useless. I would prefer a set that has useful numbers - 500 grams, 600 grams, 700 grams, 800 grams, 900 grams etc
