My little one loves them

I home educate and was teaching my 8 year old about lifecycles. We had some caterpillars and these were a brilliant visual representation of the stages we observed with the caterpillars. I loved that I could also show her the differences between the moth caterpillars and the butterfly.

My son has recently raised butterflies at nursery so he is obsessed with the lifecycle of butterflies. I had to pick up this set when I saw it and he has now had the chance to learnt the difference between the lifecycle of butterflies and moths. The figures are made from a nice rubbery plastic. They are very detailed and well painted. At over 1.60 per item though they are a bit overpriced.

Perfect for getting my son to put the lifecycle in order - much more effective than a picture or just talking about it. Well made and a decent size.

These would be a great learning resource for schools if they were a little bit bigger. As it is I think they’re more suited to parent child learning.The sizes are exactly as shown in the listing and the frog life cycle in particular looks very realistic. The salmon life cycle is good but not quite as realistic, that maybe because it’s so small in comparison to real life.The colours are good and all the items are well made.

My little one is learning about the life cycle of a butterfly at school. I jumped at the chance to try these. She’s taken them into school and the class have loved looking at them. They are nicely made, decent size and finish, tactile and easy to hold. Would recommend.

My son loves it. Beautiful animals toys. Fish and frog stage lives. Great toys. Recommended, loves it, will buy more.
