The 8-inch rounds fit my cast iron tortilla press perfectly, and I use them to make tortillas about 5 inches in diameter, the size most useful for my later uses. At first I pressed the tortillas too thin, so it was difficult to remove even one layer, not to mention both; the tortillas were apt to tear. With the next batch, I pressed the dough a bit thicker, which worked much better. My procedure was to stack the pressed tortillas with both sides still covered with parchment rounds, then when the skillet was hot enough, gently pulled the paper off the top of one, flipped it onto the skillet with the bare side down. Then if I waited 45 seconds or so, I could gently pull the top paper off before flipping the tortilla over for another 45 to 60 seconds. I used the method where you stack the cooked tortillas inside a fold of clean dish towel, adding one as soon as it comes off the skillet, and then waiting 10 minutes or more for the tortillas to finish cooking completely. I usually heat the tortillas in my toaster oven later anyway, so it probably doesn't matter. With that second batch, the parchment rounds came off clean, so I plan to reuse them. I'm very pleased with the rounds, especially that the parchment is unbleached.

I just started dehydrating fruits in my Ninja 8-1 with multiple round drying racks. These parchment sheets are so helpful and cost efficient. I was hand cutting circles out of a parchment paper roll previously. These save me so much time!

Great deal, makes food prep easy. We use then so we can freeze in bulk for veggie patties, breakfast burritos (they work to keep them from sticking together) and lots of other foods. Very handy for a busy family

These come in a nice sturdy box. They are not as slippery or easy to peel away from the freshly pressed tortilla as the first white parchment paper rounds I bought from Amazon were. With careful peeling away from the uncooked tortilla, they are usable. I don’t know if I got an inferior bath or if all the brown parchments are like these. I will keep the box when these are finished to store the next purchase of white parchment paper rounds in. YMMV

These circles are just the right size for the recipes my husband and I bake. They hold up well in the oven and provide a great non-stick surface. I will definitely order this product again!

Exactly what I needed

I bought these parchment paper rounds to use for separating cookies in my Tupperware container. They work great! They absorb any excess oils from the cookies and the cookies won't stick together. I'm sure there are plenty of things they can be used for. They are just the right size for layering medium size cookies. Good buy!

These papers are thicker and stronger than I've purchased before, at a lower price. I'm really impressed!

I used it for air fry today. It doesn’t work well. The moisture can’t go away so it leaves the food very soft and gooey.This paper can help with easy clean, but won’t give you the crispy texture that you want from air fryer. If you use for microwave or steam, maybe it’s fine. But the title says for air fryer, I’m disappointed.
