The pretty cover is the best part about this book. It has no original info.—just feels like someone pulled snippets from the internet of things you already know. It’s not written or edited in a very professional way. Definitely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend gifting to others.

Refreshing read that allows you to tap back in to the simpler sides of life. Very easy and quick read.

I bought this for a friend & she loves it. Oftentimes, people think self care is getting a massage & having your nails done, but don't think of all the other little things we can do. This has a lot of great ideas, not cheesy or impractical either.

This book provides hundreds of things you can do to relieve your stress and reconnect with yourself and your surroundings. Some of the items are simple and can easily be integrated into your day. Others take a bit more planning. I’m working towards completing three or four each week. I’ve enjoyed them all so far :)

More like a list of things to do, and not at all like a self-help step by step guide on self-care. I like it as a coffee table book for quick ideas, but just be aware it's not very informative.

More of a "things to do for you" book. It literally just lists activities you can do to take care of your mind, body etc. Cute book.

This book has a great deal of ideas to help anyone manage their self-care. I bought two, one for and one for a gift. The book is nicely presented and makes a nice gift. I would recommend. Amazon also delivered it within the time lines. Very satisfied.
