The product seems to be of good quality. The D Type ring/shackle did NOT fit. I had to heat and open the D ring/shackle wider so that it fits properly. You will have to buy special hardware to accommodate your means of mounting. It does NOT come with a water hose tip to fill the bag. For the price, a swivel should be included, a water hose tip to fill the bag and the hardware provided should fit properly.

Product tore and failed at seam where laminated to black chain mounting ring. Thick rubber but super thin where laminated.
