I like the ease of removing them from the paper backing which is stiff and gives good purchase. I have used others which come with a flimsy backing and they were hard to remove. These work great!

This product I found for very cheap and decided to try it out i noticed that it would help in the begging but whenever u would wake up they would be off. Comfort wise this product is great.

Adhesive is soft which is nice but these fall off in the middle of the night. They’re small so they barely cover my mouth and I have to use 2-3 of them and surgical tape which is just a waste.

So, I really wanted to like this product because I do think it actually helped with my nighttime snoring. The adhesive is sturdy and yet it is still breathable. He kept my mouth closed, which kept my tongue in a better place and kept me from open mouth snoring. However, I do have mild asthma and so taping my mouth shut felt a little bit scary. Honestly, not being able to move my mouth created some anxiety for me. So just a heads up for anyone that thinks that they might feel that way. There’s nothing wrong with the product itself.
