My son runs track and we live in the desert 🌵 it gets extremely hot here. The health benefits of staying hydrated is very important. The quality and effectiveness spot on. I will say all these hydration packets out here are very expensive but I got this on a great deal and I love this brand. Smells and taste great, quality is great. It mixes well doesn’t stay clumpy when adding to water. Overall.
