1200W for such a device is apparently not enough to provide a temperature needed to grill anything. The meat is rather boiling than grilling. And the cheese in pan beneath is drying and not melting. I let it go for 20 minutes on full power before put a meat on a stone and the meat stuck to the stone. It's a shame because the grill looks great. Absolutely not fit for purpose. Requested a return.UPDATE: Avoid Home & Garden Direct. They said I can return the item for a £15 collection fee. Absolutely a violation of consumer rights.
