Great planter
Very pleased. Looks great and love that it has holes on each side to punch out for drainage. Big enough to fit plenty of flowers.

Fits perfectly
I have tried several railing planters and all were an uneven fit for my balcony rails. These fit nice and tight and look beautiful. Drainage holes were easy to punch out. Love them

Perfect fit for railing!
This item is honestly much bigger than it looks, so huge plus there. It fit right on our deck railing and has 2 holes for screws if you want to lock it in. It’s so deep that honestly the amount of soil it holds keeps it down firm (in my opinion)We’re using it for herbs and it’s been perfect so far, seems like it will last a very very long time

Grips a 2x4 great!
One of my main concerns with getting a planter for the railing was how stable it would be on a standard hardware store 2x4. These planters exceeded my expectations for that. They actually "click" onto the 2x4 and they don't move. I can't even slide it along the railing. I've had them for several months and they've never budged even in high winds. I rate it a 4 because unfortunately once filled with soil, the sides bow out quite a bit. It still works great but I don't love the bowed, wobbly edges. Despite this, I think I would still buy them again and may buy more in the future as they're the most stable ones I've had. And compared to the prices at the store, they're decently priced.

Great!
These are the perfect size for the wide railing and look very nice both when the flowers were new and after they had started to fill out. Was unable to find any the correct size in the stores. Very good purchase.

Do not fit 3 1/2” rails
My rails are 3 1/2” wide and these are too big. I read that the soil would weigh them down and keep them in place but that did not happen. With a little wind, mine fell over breaking my plants.They do look nice and seem sturdy. They did not bow on the sides when filled with soil as some reviews said. I just wish that they fit. They are now sitting on my deck. Not what I bought them for.
