This is my 1st time using the new Sensa formula. It curbs my appetite and gradually takes off the lbs! I used the old formula and had success with it as well, I lost about 35 pounds.

I actually got this product for my mom not for me personally. I can say that she does love it, she’s been telling me that she has noticed she’s losing weight faster and the sensa packages itself bring a lot of powder so she she use one for two meals and make the product last longer. :)

I purchased product for weight loss. I did not lose any weight and the product caused me to feel bloated and very gassy. It just did not work for me.

This product really helps with food cravings. I'm finally able to be in control of my weight.

What is this stuff that I had high hope's for? I took this product but I took it for 2 days and I swear by the end of day on the second day my stomach was hurting sooo bad I started praying. If I could've gave it less then 1 star I would've. I was bloated and full of gas. It's a big fat NO for me and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

What is important is that your direction is healthy eating and exercise. It works for me. If your intention is otherwise then no this is not for you.

I decided to purchase Sensa because I always seen it on tv. Your sprinkle, eat the food, lose weight. How simple, right? Well i decided to sprinkle this on my food and all it did was make me feel bloated. Its not a bad buy.... but being bloated definitely made me feel full where I did not want to eat for a day. Be careful... if u dont like feeling bloated I would not purchase it.

It came promptly and cost a lot less than same product I bought previously
