MerrellMen's Intercept Walking Shoe, Moth Brown, 10

Fabulous shoes, really hard wearing, but certainly not for the wide of foot.I got my usual size (10) and the length was just about right, but the width was just too narrow.After reading the other reviews, I'd suggest going up half a size if you have wide feet or are on the top edge of your normal size.Other than the sizing, they are excellent shoes; Light, comfy, good grip, and surprisingly hardy for such a nice looking shoe!

Merrells are terrible sizing, but consistent, I take a 9 in everything else but 10 in Merrell.These appear well made as Merrells are, but with all my Merrells the heal material always fails long before the shoe, so we will see.The tongue is very narrow at the top, so does not completely inclose the foot, these will take servers weeks to fit correctly so time will tell. At the moment, not gripping the foot for hills.I am sure I will be very pleased once these have been walked and worn in.

Ok shoes, hard wearing comfy

I like these but had to send them back. They are great quality, and ooze class. I ordered a ten when I'm usually a nine. Actually 9.5 or 10 these days. My feet must have spread! Anyway the 10s were a good fit, but there was a bit of slipping of the heel. Not enough to come off but more than I'd want. The fit in the rest of the foot was comfortably snug so I couldn't have gone any smaller. The biggest problem for me was the raised cushioned lump in the instep. It felt far to high and was pushing up constantly in a way that did not bode well for outdoors. If it bugged me in my living room it was likely to become more of a pain outdoors. So reluctantly they had to go back

Had merell trainers before long lasting very comfortable good size fit excellent value for money

Super comfortable shoe, which I wore for a month walking in America. The shoes were really light and breathable and I was able to wear them all day in hot weather without getting hot feet. They seemed to not show any wear and tear, however after a few months the shoes sole has worn quite a lot, losing almost all its patterned grip on the heel (still feels grippy but doesn't have the lumpy texture). It would be much better if these shoes didn't wear quite so much as they are comfortable, breathable and look good too. Recommended purely because they are such good shoes, but shame they don't seem to be lasting.

I had owned a pair of these previously, they were really comfortable even though they where a tight fit to start with, so when it came to getting a new pair I went a 1/2 size larger this time, they don't feel as snug as my old ones but nevertheless they are still very comfy and robust

GOOD SHOE BUT A BIT TIGHT FOR MY NORMAL SIZE, SHOULD HAVE ORDERED AT LEAST A HALF SIZE LARGER
