Wonderful read
Paul is a great orator and writer. He is able to gather his thoughts carefully and distill them into manageable fragments that absorb the readers attention. He verifies his sources and gives very compelling evidence and arguments that advance the reader.A must read!

The search for our real story, the real story of us.
I agree 100% with your results of your researches. I was in 6th grade in a Catholic school when I started asking questions about what it was written in the Bible in religion class and what they were teaching me. I informed the nuns and priests that I couldn’t agreed with those teachings and that I believed that the god mentioned was a very bad monster and a lot of the stories had lies. I was punished by them and never gave me the correct answer to my questions. I was told constantly that I needed to believe and have faith in their teachings or I was going to die and find myself in the fires of hell for being such a bad person. I got tired of it and when I went home I told my grandma that I would never go back to church and that I wasn’t a Christian anymore. My grandmother was a strong religious person and thought that by beating me she was saving my soul. Finally after many beatings I explained to her that I didn’t care how many beatings she gave me I would never go to church or believed in the Bible and would never follow a monster god or his teaching. I have never returned to church to this day and I’m an old lady now (65 y/o). I read a lot of books in the libraries and did my little research about it and came to the same conclusion.I find the book to be well researched and written with an easy way of explaining the truth to the public. Many like me that already have read many books have come with the same results and find it inspiring. Others because their minds have been brainwashed to a point of not returned with the fear of hellfires and suffering for eternity will find it insulting and will refused to even read it even though it will enlighten them by learning the real story of humans and our origins.

Amazing book, if you're looking for the truth about our history as a species
Reading this book is like being in a conversation with the author and his colleagues. Hard to put down. I was already suspecting as much about humanity's past. The book puts the pieces together for you to see the big picture. Highly recommended

A Fascinating Alternative Interpretation, but Drags in Parts
Paul Wallis does a fine job enabling the layman to easily understand that our classical translations of the Hebrew bible are not true to the Hebrew. Replacing our theologically-assigned words with the original Hebrew words and leaving the meaning open to interpretation leads to a very different read.In the 70's and 80's I was a bible-believing Christian. Yet even then, I was aware that Elohim was a plural form, and the proper translation from Genesis was "Let us make man in our own image." It always struck me as tortured apologetics to suggest this was a reference to the trinity (itself being a doctrine introduced hundreds of years after Jesus roamed the fields of Galilee.I found the fresh interpretation of the relationship between Yahweh, Baal, Asherah and others, to have far more lucid reading when one considers the possibility that these were all Elohim, and had a bit of rivalry among them. All of a sudden, Yahweh's ego, anger, jealousy and vengeance seem quite human. In fact, he seems to have less than human morals and thinks nothing of wiping out whole civilizations.Unfortunately, Wallis goes off into ratholes at points that bog the main themes down a bit. I found myself skimming a page or two here and there. That said, I highly recommend this and hope you find it as interesting as I did!

sanity supported by textual evidence
Fantastic read and is one in the series by Paul Wallis. My own indoctrination into Christianity always had me questioning everything since my early childhood. This book explains so much, in my mind, and is FAR greater than the usual “because, God” answer that all churches try to use against actual thought. I will be devouring his other books in this Eden series, post haste. Thank you, Paul Wallis!

If you ever felt there was something OFF… this is your book
At a very early age, around 10 yrs old, I was questioning the catholic religion my family followed blindly. I never could understand the phrase “God-fearing Christians” (and people saying it with a sense of weird pride). At an intuitive level, I always felt that there’s something that did not add up. In my teens I came across a book in spanish “Metafísica 4 en 1” this was the first time I read of the concept that Jesus and all the angels etc… were aliens (not from earth) Well, Paul explains in this book everything with such detail, common sense and ease, that as I turned pages, more and more unanswered questions I had most of my life became clear. I always characterized myself as an opened minded person, some family members even seeing me as the “black sheep” I just needed answers that were more than just “Well, it’s God, so…” I needed answers that made SENSE. This book is what I needed. Paul has opened a door, a rabbit whole if you will, that I will happily go down.

Paleocontact Explained Perfectly
I have read stories about possible alien contact for years. I had been greatly puzzled by the actions of Yaweh. I could not understand his viciousness. This book made it all make sense.

excellent book
Paul Wallis dangerous territories and brave Eden series of the four books is a must read for all people as our ET origins is the source of all efforts made to shut down and silence their witnesses and whistleblowers, only because the truth is bigger than fiction and destroy illusion. We have been kept in the dark for eons on many subjects to avoid humanity to understand itself and their amazing origin in order to be controlled . Thanks to author like Paul and many others toBe brave enough to disclose the truth

An essential collective on manuals to demystify religious dogma
Making the inaccessible accessible and the unbelievable that we have been told not to belive ,believable and understandable.I have followed Paul since discovering the 5th kind on you tube.I remembered reaching out to Paul at a very low point in my personal life and asking him, if there is a loving God, why we a Christian am I leading a life of suffering and why does God allow people the world over to suffer. At many points in my life, I completely hated and rejected God and as a Christian that frightened me and upset me that at the end of my life I might go to hell. It haunted me.Since a teenager I had experienced my own close encounters on two occasions and as an adult once.I had read extensively on the subject of UFOs and much later in life on the subject of abductions.I had read Eric Von Daniken where I learned about the ancient cosmic wars of the Vedic scriptures. I began to understand that our history was not what I had learned at school.I came across the spaceships of Ezekiel by NASA scientist at age seventeen and I started looking at the biblical narrative in a different way. Why,the God of the old testament was a cruel, belligerent, jealous, genocides maniac and that really distanced me from my faith and I formed an opinion that it was all a lie and God hated humanity and Jesus was just a smoke and mirrors spin sacrifice to bring us all back in line. This view really distanced me from the real God and I felt I did not belong to Gods family which really hurt. The fact that Paul was a man of the cloth caught my attention and at my lowest point I reached out.I just have had something going that Paul sensed because he replied, and that probably helped me to carry on because I was that low. Everything had fallen apart. What I discovered through reading Paul's new ministry starting with escaping from Eden was a new understanding of God and his son Jesus. That knowledge helped me to renew my faith and rebuild my Christian faith and relationship with myself and God.Through Paul's unique wisdom ,knowledge of Hermeneutics Paul has untangle the reality of the myths and obfuscation of the past and presented a clearer picture through connecting many cultural histories and folk tales from around the world and found the similarities between biblical narratives and indigenous narratives. What I take from this is that we have as a species been hybridised as a slave race by a cruel alien race and that we have also been nurtured and helped by other higher levels of conscious spiritually evolved beings who have our best interests at heart.Paul's research is always thorough with leads back to his source of research. This informs his communication style both in the written word and orally too. I find Paul both interesting to read and listen to and a very clear easy to understand author and presenter.I believe this is in part due to his years in ministy .I have all four books and have learned a great deal. It perhaps reaches into Jungian last life collective emotional fragmented memories of the ancestral memories we all of I inherit from all of our ancestors and passed down through our RNA. I like many reading Daniken and Velikovsky in my youth felt a huge YES light come on internally that made absolute sense.Paul has made that all the clearer for many, but for me personally I think Paul's new age ministry if I could call it that is actually very clever. Why?Because for me, it provided evidence that the Turin shroud is real and therefore Jesus did really exist and that his message is vital for all humanity and understanding this helped me find my anchor , my rock and to know that even in our darkest moments which all humans to through, the real God is there, loving us unconditionally and accepting that there are many paths to his heart. What did Jesus say?In my father's house, there are many mansions. I think that Jesus was telling us that there isn't just the one path to God, there are many and it is what is in our hearts and intentions that matter to God.Then ,thank you Paul for being their when I needed an ear. I think a divine connection had a definite hand.Thank you for being an educator and being in my life bringing me greater understanding of the deeper mysteries of life.Five stars on all levels.Trevor Wales. A fascinating and enjoyable book!
I really enjoyed reading Paul's book. It is packed with insights, and what I appreciate most is how he diligently explains the reasoning behind his conclusions. I haven't read his Eden series yet, but I must say, this book was a real eye-opener for me.Paul's thorough knowledge of the Bible lends significant weight to his arguments. He skillfully identifies the root cause of why the God described in the Bible seems odd. After his ingenious re-interpretation, voila, everything suddenly makes sense! It's not just any re-interpretation, it's re-interpretation through deep knowledge of the Bible, wide consultation and observations.I decided at a very young age that the Bible was not for me because I didn't like the God in it. Recently, I decided to give it another try and listened to the whole Bible audiobook. I still don't like it. Something is not right about the God in it. Don't get me wrong, I believe in an all-loving and powerful God, but a God that metes out punishments and makes demands? No, thank you.I am so relieved to learn that there are others who feel the same way, and Paul, a pastor well-versed in the Bible, has worked out why the God in the Bible seems odd and offered us a much more coherent and sensible version.

A Very Good Read! Material Seems to be Well Researched!!
The author, in my opinion, makes an excellent case and provides convincing, supportive documentation for all the assertions which he postulates throughout this book. I would highly recommend this book, and think it is a must read for anyone who likes to think critically and outside of the "status quo."
