Beautiful piece of carbon steel cookware. Factory seasoning is fine, but I am in process of reseasoning entire piece as I prefer to do my own. New seasoning is taking perfectly to the pan. Really non-stick.

Excellent piece of cookware. Seasoned both in the oven and stovetop as directed , three times each. No issues with sticking. Simple clean up with hot water and paper towels. Highly recommend. Worth the money.

Did a lot of research and decided this pan would be the best bang for the buck. And I am REALLY happy with it. Yes, you must season it. Yes it cooks great and non-stick and the long handle helps to avoid burned fingers. I needed a small skillet to be my go-to small portions skillet and this one is great. Pretty too.

Love it love it. Made my eggs so nice and crispy at the edges without having to cook all the yellow. I like the yellow runny but not to much. Perfectly made in this pan. Better than non stick.

Our new favorite pan. We were new to seasoning but this was very easy! Perfect small size for a couple eggs. Will likely buy another!
