Vengeance at Meeting Street

I enjoyed the story and back stories. I have family that grew up in the area and were alive,during the trial. Always a interesting story.

Too many characters to keep straight, very confusing and monotonous at times. A little convoluted. Interesting history tidbits at times

I have family that lived close by. My uncle lived across the road from the store. He has told me about it.

This happened about 10 miles from where I live. Interesting.

This story is so intriguing , riveting ,and unpredictable that I could not put it down until I finished reading the entire book . Well-researched and well-developed characters made it an engrossing and memorable account of a true story .The main character , Sue, had redeeming qualities as well as an independent self-serving attitude toward life . The history of this time period brought the story alive for me . It was amazing how the politics of the time was weaved through the story in such a easy and entertaining way . Bravo! "includes many new photos" More of the horrible photos she felt justified publishing in Bound to Die. There is a difference between crime scene photos and horrific death photos. Appalling lack of feeling for their families, there is nothing gained by publishing these. Will never read a book by this author again. EVER
