I have loved this album since the 1970's when I stumbled on it as a result of hearing a cover of Geronimo's Cadillac, about the treatment of a great war leader. Taking his freedom and the lands of his people and giving him a flash car. Michael Murphey is a good songwriter and this album is littered with gems, Natchez Trace, Crack up in las Crucas, and the much covered Callico Silver. If you like mellow country with style and intellegence then this is for you.
