its robust enough for what I wanted a training tool for self defence against improvised weapons, combined with being a whole lot safer than real hammers

Amazingly realistic. Robust and perfectly weighted so you can throw it around and it flies exactly as you need when choreographing. Oh and when you miss your timing and it hits you squarely on your head there is no concussion and no memory.....now what was I doing....
