This dress is perfect for fancy dress and I will definitely be using it again. The material is a little see through, so you do need an underskirt on, but apart from that its great.

If you're thinking of going to a fancy dress party as Marilyn Monroe, this dress serves the purpose, the material looks quite cheap but, lets face it, you will probably only wear it the one time, so its fine; although it is quite see through, a pair of 'Bridget Jones' are quite a good idea! The neck line is very low, so I decided to sew up the front a bit and keep my dignity!! I would recommend this.

I read some of the other reviews saying it's see through and thought "is it REALLY though? Could I not get away with it?" and the answer is no. Unless you're maybe attending a party in a brothel, I would not recommend this dress.

the material seems quite cheap, and transparent. I bought for a guy friend, the size seems too large for most fit ladies. but it is sexy and Monroe-like, definitely worth the price

The dress isn't really like Marilyn's . It should have some gathering or pleats and it is completely see through. Have to find something to put under it and it has to have a halter neck. Not exactly easy to find. It should not be see through. It did arrive on time though
