Very good product, clean close shave everytime. Needs a lot of sharpening but it's probably my hair lol.

Good quality product, haven't used it yet as I need to give it a sharpen.

Was excited to receive the razor. Unfortunately it was not sharp enough to shave with. I appreciate it looked good value for money but think carefully before buying it. Razor sharpening professionals won’t touch Haryali, and I do not appear to be able to return the product despite the fact that it is not fit for purpose. Very disappointing

I bought this as I was getting sick of replacing blades in my straight edge razor, first thoughts out of the box were, comfortable size and weight, you get small pouch for the razor, a strop and honing compound in the package.If this is the first time you have used a cut throat, then make sure you watch videos on how to use it correctly, I've been using them for years and I'm still learning.I made the mistake of using this razor straight out of the box, my advice is really don't, I have used sharper used throw away razors, if you buy this product please make sure you sharpen the blade first, my face looked like I'd never used one before, bright red due to a very blunt blade.Overall a decent product, worth the money, just make sure you sharpen it first

Brought as a Christmas gift for my 19 year old. Loved it. Watched you tube vids on how to use. But he is very pleased with his gift .

strop is great value on its own and works a treat two handles, one leather strop the other course fabric the straight razor needed sharpening but no big issue and a small tin of leather moisture paste all in all good value

The razor, strop and stropping compound all arrived, well packaged, in a plain cardboard box.The strop is actually a pair, comprising one woven and one leather strop, both of which are really quite thick and seem to be of good quality. Supplied with the strops is a small tin of stropping compound though I have used it (applied to the blade, not the strop) I don’t know how much difference it really makes.Of course the main item here is the straight razor itself. As noted in the title of my review this is absolutely not ready for use out of the box, the cutting edge is roughly finished with nicks that can be felt with a fingernail, I cannot stress enough that you absolutely should not try shaving with this blade as it’s supplied, and no amount of stropping is going to help.If you have an oil or whetstone this can be remedied, however you will need to treat the blade as if it’s blunt and start your sharpening from scratch. Of course even with the kit to hand I still wasn’t expecting to have to completely re-work a new blade and seriously considered returning it for a refund.It’s difficult to tell from the product photos but the edges on the handle aren’t rounded over and are barely broken, meaning that it’s not the most comfortable thing to hold.My advice would be to spend two or three times as much and buy a razor that will arrive sharpened and honed, with a comfortable, nicely finished handle.
