TamagotchiNano x Harry Potter - Magical Creatures

So first of all, I’d like to start off, yes. It’s really small. Hence why it’s called a NANO. It’s not as in depth as all the other tamagotchis. I’m not sure why people are giving this a low rating because of that. People need to learn how to read before they buy stuff.But I give this a 5 star because it is so much more in depth compared to all the other tamagotchi nanos I have. Ive been playing it for a day so far and it’s actually really fun, if you have a nano you know how little there is to do on them. But that’s what’s nice about them. I love Harry Potter so obviously I had to get it. And I’m about to buy the blue one too.You start off with either Harry Potter castle that you have to study at and play games and depending on all you do will determine the animal you get. I ended up getting the phoenix.Or you can get fantastic beast suitcase and you have to take care of the “animals in it” and obviously depending on what you do determines what animal you get.So you don’t get the animal right away. You will get it in 3 hours depending on the care.It’s a nano so don’t expect too much from it. Hence the small size and price tag. But it’s well worth it. Super cute. Especially if you love Harry Potter and fantastic beasts.Don’t listen to the negative reviews. They obviously don’t know what they’re talking about.

i wanted one of the hp ones in the larger size but i could not find one. this is a nice break at work, hang it off my lanyard. but it is really tiny. if you have big fingers i would think twice before getting this.

I've never watched or read Harry Potter, I don't know the characters or what the scenes are, but I really loved the shell designs of these as well as characters. Cute birds and stuff, yay!So I've rated it highly as a Tamagotchi Nano, but as a Tamagotchi in general, I don't like nanos. They are too simple. My only other nano is Chopper, and this has a bit more "to do" than that one. The instruction sheet isn't written(translated) well but once you figure out the games, they are super easy. It's not comfortable to push A and B with both thumbs like you normally would, but there's no big rush to press buttons so it's fine to use one hand.When starting, it really made me giggle that it feels like the castle itself is emoting for me. XD My photo's a bit blurry, but I've shown it next to an old Tamagotchi Angel for size reference. Nanos are weird and round, fun to carry around but I really like the vintage and connections best in looks and play style. It's sad that we aren't getting new releases similar to the keitai etc, I miss the regular character animations and special gift item animations... This nano handles the idea that you are NOT raising a character from a baby better than some others, but the raising aspect is part of what I love so much about virtual pets. Nanos don't need much care at all, you have little reason to handle them, sadly.

So as other reviews said, it is small, but I personally don't mind the smallness of it. It is a nano too. The instructions could be better written, maybe having all languages together, instead of splitting it between steps. Basically you have 3 hours to play games and then you receive your pet and can play more games, etc to take care of it. I was hoping the pets would be random, but I wonder if it's tied to playing the games in the first three hours? Cause the first time I played some games and got "Crookshanks" the cat, but I reset to try and get an owl. However, every single reset I've gotten since then has been rats. Where I haven't been playing any games, so might play some games and see. Just a theory though, but it would be nice if that's the reason behind it, to include that in the instructions.Edit: You do need to interact with it throughout the three hours of games/lessons. I finally got something other than a rat doing this. You can't just reset it and forget it to get a different pet. I do wish they'd add this into the instructions clearer as well to getting a better pet, other than just you can interact with the castle/suitcase for 3 hours. Added one more star after figuring this out.

Update: The A button began to stick and then stopped working and causing the entire toy to be unusable.The entire time i used it i was never able to choose the magical animal. And i was given a rat several times, a thestral once, and a bowtruckle once, and thats it. I gave lots of attention thinking i might get a better creature the next round, nope another rat.Original review: Its really cute but the whole thing is so tiny its hard to hold and the buttons are so close together and small that you accidently hit two at once a lot. Because the screen is so small its hard to see what your doing.I think had this been in a bigger (like the size of the original tamagotchi) it would have made this so much better.The mini games are cute and the selection of beasts to is excellent (maybe?). The graphics are better than i thought they would be.

Yeah it's small, but that's why is has nano in the literal discription. Doesn't do much at first, but what tamagotchi does? Fits into my busy adult life while still maintaining the tama experience. Easy to play games and take care for. Only complaint is that a constant or even optional back light would be awesome. 11/10 read and you get what you pay for. Also added pic of size vs several others.

Fan de Harry Potter, je me suis dit qu’il me faut ce produit en le voyant.Cependant ce fut la déception totale au moment de l’essayer.Il y a 2 modes. Harry Potter et Animaux fantastiques.Dans chacun des modes, il n’est possible que d’avoir un seul animal et les choix sont minimes. Il y a peut d’interactions avec ceux-ci et les jeux sont nul.En 1 semaine j’avais fini les interactions avec mon animal et j’étais déjà rendu au bout.Vraiment nul pour ceux qui le veulent pour jouer.Sinon, bel objet de collection pour les fans de Harry Potter mais fort payé.

Me gustó mucho, es simple pero como fan de la saga he disfrutado de los juegos y del diseño.
