Love the cup washer. I didn't need the drinking waterspout, so I replace it with a soap dispenser. Controls are a little odd compared to your standard faucet, but we got used to it. The drain is also a little different than your standard, but it has a nice solid particle catch basin which is very nice. Pretty easy to install, everyone here at work loves it.

I don't write reviews but I had to regarding this sink. I purchased this sink for a new kitchen remodeling project. I love to cook and bake and was excited to have this workstation sink. The sink stainless basin is thin. The sink does not drain well and water stains are left where the water doesn't drain. The installation is difficult as there are no clear directions. Also, beware this sink was made in China which I didn't think there was an issue but according to my plumber it is. Apparently, plumbing in China is very different than US plumbing and will require your plumber to make several adaptions to connect drain and water lines. When we finally got it installed and working the temperature display is only displayed in degrees Celsius. There is no changing the setting to Fahrenheit. The only thing that's ok about the sink is the cup washer. It's cool but not necessary. I've had it installed for one week and I'm pulling it out and throwing it away.

Good Morden looking. Multifunction, however my plumber had to buy couple of attachments to run water, there could be some improvement,1- I have food disposal underneath sink, they didn’t realize that and due to that I can’t use drain stopper, in this case I wanted to use that hole for disposal button but hole is small, I have to cut it that and make it bigger to regular size2- that main golden tap has to keep straight in the middle if it stay even little bit right side then another hose will start and you will never know even! so you have to look all the time wherever water is dripping or not! that’s bogus.3- that overflow hole is bad water will go to cabinet and will damage wood specially laminate cabinet4- seems water line are only 2 and all other hoses using same 2 lines we can’t separately use them. Means for that drinking water tap can’t have instant cold water have to wait till water comes cold. so it’s all about T and make more connection,5- I notice that cold water pressure is less than hot! Not sure it’s plumber problem or it’s just like that. I bought this due to 2 reasons, one is it has cup washer In built, and fruit tray, but sad part is cold water pressure is low so waterfall is not effective.

I really love my new sink it's amazing it's easy to use I really love the color.Edit:I still love my sink but I wish that they would had made the sink deeper or put a shorter Faucet or made it where you could Adjust the water where it's not so high

Some things look like a good idea, but the execution is not good, the thing for washing cups always accumulates water and because of the plastic on top you cannot clean it, the dial to control the water flow is also messy, the pipes to connect to the drain are really flimsy, I have my doubts about how long they will last. I really wanted to like it as it’s a nice looking sink, but I don’t.

Nice looking sink, but that about it. Wished i would have read the reviews first, Like other have said its cheaply made, the fitting are flimsy at best and leak on a moment's notice. No control of the hot water flow I've tossed the faucet and all the hardware in the garbage already; I can't thrust it not to leak and spray water everywhere when away at work.

The media could not be loaded.  This sink is absolutely amazing, but I knew it would be. I had some concerns with the long shipping times and the potential customs issues, but the sellers were VERY responsive and kept me up-to-date in our message thread. After the sink arrived, they were still helpful when I had questions as to the instructions on how to install. This sink goes beyond my expectations, matches my black stainless steel appliances perfectly, I'm absolutely in love and excited beyond all measure with the accessories that come with it. With the sellers being so kind and helpful, I'd make a purchase with them again in a heartbeat!

The basin is large and the cutting board and addition basins are great for preparing meals and cleanup. The cup washer is also an awesome feature.Unfortunately the knob to control water temperature has come loose after a few months of use, no matter how many times we tighten it back down it keeps working loose and we can’t turn the water on or off. The water pressure is also difficult to control with the knob, if you want hot water it has to be on full blast. The coating around the base of the faucet is also chipping off significantly (see pictures). I have had this sink installed for approximately 6 months now. The knob is the biggest issue, however. If I could change the faucet to one with a handle it would solve a lot of the issues with this sink.Also, the vent on the inside catches a lot of splash and leaks inside the cabinet below (probably just an issue in the US, not sure about plumbing styles in other countries).

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased on Oct. 11th, 2023. I work a week away from home then a week home so my last set I was finally able to install. It was great to install and worked good for the one day I was still home but came back after my last set and when cleaning vegetables I turned it off and it's not stopped leaking. I have no idea how to contact the company since there is no link on my receipt to call for help if needed. I'm hoping they get this review and will reach out to resolve this issue. I'd like to be able to do an update to this review because it is such a beautiful sink and love the options on it.

Amazing sink.Overall great funtions. We love it.BUT… the high splash is annoying but manageable. And when water sits on the knobs.It leaks through. And falls down the lines..Will try to fix this by buying extra seals.Tightened to the max already and still leaks.Hopefully this works.UPDATE: Seller reached out to me after reading my review. After discussing, they sent me a new full faucet. The old one was missing a seal that the new one had. Everything works great now without leaks. Amazed that they reached out to me and responded very quickly. Amazing customer service.

True to the pictures and videos, this sink is quite the looker and has a futuristic and clean design. It matches our black stainless appliances beautifully, but there are definitely some functionality issues as well.Installation was a bit of the hassle, particularly considering the instruction manual was just minimal steps on a 8.5x11 piece of paper.Also, worth noting that we learned this is a European style so some of the supply hoses, parts aren’t standard in Canada. We had to order different supply hoses to fit in with our water supply lines.The biggest concern though is the knob - which looks and feels high-end - but the only way to get hot water is by turning up the water pressure to almost full, which causes a lot of splashing. This is quite the design flaw as more traditional sinks allow you to get hot water without high pressure.Overall, for the price point and considering it comes with the sink, faucet and (plastic) drain lines, you can’t beat the price for a super stylish sink, even if there are some functional flaws.

The list of problems with this is long. First, they sent the wrong sink. No cup washer. No attachments for the filtered water spout. Some weird tray that has no function. The soap dispenser plastic is even cheaper than dollar store plastic. The under the sink components were composed of such cheap plastic that we had to go out and get real plumbing. It took 2 plumbers almost an entire day to figure out what was what. The water temp gage doesn't work so that when you turn on the tap it's either scalding hot or freezing cold. In other words, there is no way to figure out how to get hot or cold. There is more but man, when I tried to leave a message for the seller I got a message that 'there are no refunds'. Don't buy this. Get local.
