These are designed for canopies, but I have found so many other uses for them. They are now my go to for anyting that needs to be secured. They have totally replaced my zip ties.The elastic is good and has a decent amount of stretch without being too floppy. You can double them up if they are too long, although there is a shorter version that is also amazing. They are easy to use and putting them on or off is a breeze. But they still hold fantastic. And the value is great because you get a lot and they are reusable.

If these hold up, Ill be shocked. Cords are super thin and stiff. The bungees that are included w/shade screens that Ive purchased are a lot thicker "cord wise" as well as the plastic balls being a lot larger. The PB's on these cords are tiny....No pun for all u snickering right now over the wording in this review.... ;-DNot sure how else to word it.Anyway, Ill update, but Im pretty disappointed in quality. Hopefully Ill eat my words. But right now, I wouldn't bet money on their hold. Fingers crossed!

Normally I don’t include an assessment of value in my product reviews, because price points can change over time and value is a somewhat subjective characteristic, depending on the customer.BUT, in this case, the very reasonable pricing for this 50 pack of bungee cords is key. You’ll always have some to use and extras to spare. Construction appears to be robust and consistent among the bungees in the package. As seen in the photos, knots are used to attach the plastic ball to each elastic cord. Each is about 8” in length and can stretch to almost double that length. We often link multiple bungees for greater lengths when needed. Durability was not tested, but typically these bungees do pretty well over time unless left in direct sunlight, when synthetics without UV stability start to break down. Recommend buying if the price point remains so reasonable!

I got these to put up some patio lights on a pergola, and I wish I’d found them a long time ago. I’ve been using heavy duty zip ties for a few years - that need to be cut off and thrown in the trash every time. As long as the elastic holds up and the plastic ball doesn’t get brittle too soon (only time will tell) these are reusable, so I won't need to keep adding to landfills with my plastic waste!!!They come very simply packaged, in a clear bag, with one of the 50 bungees tied around all the others so you don’t need to untangle them all. The 8” size is only just enough for my lights, there’s not a lot of stretch and getting them on was a bit fiddly, but at least they’re on tight. For anybody thinking of using these for the generic patio lights (normally 50ft length with 24 lights), the thin elastic just about fits through the hole in the rubber part of the light holder, which is very useful.I’m looking forward to using these in place of zip ties around the house and yard - I recommend these as they’re versatile, reasonably priced, and are simple to use.
