Fallen a part at first use!
I bought this item for my Mum, who thought it was lovely until she attempted to fill the font and it fell apart. I have tried to get the £11.00 I paid for it back because I could have glued it together again and left it as that but I thought for £11.00 it should be fit for purpose. The company has literally accused me of breaking the item myself and trying to claim my money back! They also say that no one has ever complained of the item breaking before and that they have sold 100's!! I have taken a photo of the broken item for people to judge for themselves.
