My son is 6 years old and plays soccer. This product helps him practice his skills and he has gotten much better at the sport since we had bought this. It has very good material and is sturdy. I would definitely recommend buying this, as it comes with a lot of supplies and is useful for both children and adults alike.

We ordered this kit for my teen son, who is into sports. This agility training kit comes in a bag, which makes it easy to carry all the things in it to any place we like. We set this up in our basement so that my son can practice whenever he wants to. The quality of almost all the items is good, especially the cones( my son said he stepped over them few times while training and they held up pretty well). One complaint my son has is that the ladder doesn’t stay in its place most of the time, apart from that he is pretty satisfied with this agile training set.

I have 2 agility sets and I prefer this one. I got this set specifically because of the hurdles. I am a firm believer that agility and footwork can not only improve skill, but also prevent injury both in sports and in daily life, so I really like that this has hurdles that help the children (or adults) work on jumping and landing.That being said it's a pretty standard set, but what I like most is that the ladder is pre-spaced. If you've ever had an agility ladder, it is very time consuming to evenly space the ladder rungs. Maybe it's a one time cost if you don't adjust them, but still it's nice to just start using the ladder right away. And it comes with a velcro strap so that you can bundle the ladder together when not in use.The bag is a bit small but it's enough to get the job done and it comes with everything listed in the description. I do wish that it came with a running parachute, but I didn't take off a star for that because I still really like this set and I'm glad I have it.

The set is filled with a variety of training options geared toward agility, explosiveness, and redirection type drills. Options are great, but the durability is definitely lacking. The resistance cord literally snapped on the 2nd use (on a kid weighing less than 60 pounds). As the picture shows, the band is only held together by a small zip tie. When it snapped, it was obviously not safe. I wouldn't recommend using the resistance cord for any type of resistance training with kids due to the poor design. The other items in the box include basic hurdles (which are extremely easy to fold into place---and designed well), a weighted jump rope, cones and holder, resistance bands, the plastic speed and agility ladder (which folds nicely into the storage bag), but does take a while to unfold and space out evenly for drills. For those looking to use this set for additional at home training with young kids, it might be okay (minus the resistance cord). However, if you're looking to purchase this to use for soccer/football team practice, I would look elsewhere for a set that is more durable and of higher quality.

I love using this when my daughter has soccer practice. The quality in this agility set is beyond what I expected. Very durable and sturdy. It was worth the purchase. I love the bag it came in to keep it organized. I would definitely purchase this product again.

I was able to put the items to the test today during football practice and let me tell you a bunch of 8 year old boys put the items through the ringer. The resistance cable worked ready well for my defensive ends, I noticed after removing the cable and running the same drill they were getting a little faster off the ball, we will definitely continue to use this. Ladder did what it was supposed to do and the hurdles worked good. The only con about this kit is the disk cones, wish it came with a few more but it's not a deal breaker.Over all if you plan on using this for kids it should be just fine but adults maybe a little more heavy for some of the items. Good buy if your a coach for kids sport or just a parent looking for some backyard training.
