WRONG BASKET
Lovely bike but I was sent out the wrong size basket! Very disappointed. Would need a replacement basket to finish off the look.

great service and a very beautiful bike
the service was great and my daughter just loves her bike and the bike itself is so beautiful and sturdy one thing thought the basket was different from photo but still great she loves putting her toys for a ride

Awful service and goods
Absolutely awful! 0 star rating if that was an option!Hush disappointment from myself and my daughter.Wheel nuts were bolted so tightly I couldn’t remove them to attach the wheel to the bike!Pedals fastened, hard to remove the bike from the boxMissing nuts and bolts essential to assemble.Brakes system was pre-attached to the frame back to front!Visible scratches on arrivalThe list goes on!Package will be returned first thing tomorrow!Absolutely DISGUSTED

Different bike to advertised
Not the same bike received as in picture. Basket plastic, stickers crumpled, different colour brown to one advertised.Bike is good my daughter likes it although I’m disappointed in the differences

Poor quality
I purchased this bike for my three year old daughter and she was incredibly excited when the bike arrived this morning, to my surprise the the stickers on the frame looked like they'd been put on by a child, they are crumpled and if that wasn't bad enough the rear wheel binds when it's turned acting as a pseudo brake - not much fun to peddle against when you're three!

Good bike
Good bike, only issue is that some of the stickers are badly placed in the frame and have crinkles in

Nice bike but basket doesn't fit
The bike is nice, pretty sturdy, not cheap looking (although the basket is!). Only problems so far, as haven't given it to daughter yet, is one of the stickers has a big bubble in it and the brackets for the basket don't fit so we can't use the basket and have had to buy a new one from Halfords.
