Liked product but I didn't get my 2nd blade.

Carves well, aluminum parts corrode and spot
This shwarma carver cuts well, the blade is ultra sharp. Works very quickly on large roasts of meat, smaller cuts are more difficult to manage due to the blade guard. The guard can be removed but still looking to see how to remove blade as tgere doesn’t seem to be a way to stop the rotation to unscrew. Recommended for utility.

Commercial build works great
I don't currently have a business application for this but I am a meat carving enthusiast and this works very well. Seems to be made primarily of metal components so it's not a flimsy thing that will break first time it's dropped. Good quality build.
