For me it was a placebo. I work odd hours at a hospital, tired and essentially jet lagged and I didn't even notice I took anything.I've used Viagra, I had little control over it. I tried this with its blue pills and promising name, but noticed very little. When you look at it "high does" and "more power" is sales talk, and it is herbal.If it works for you, its in your head. If it doesn't, see your GP.

Unfortunately these did not have the desired effect for me, even taking 2 at a time had no effect.
